Use JCAD’s NEW incident register in CORE to aid compliance and avoid being downgraded

The Grenfell Tower disaster has been a catalyst for many of our clients to ensure that they adhere to regulations and compliance stipulations to avoid being downgraded by the regulators. Being downgraded has huge financial implications including the cost of capital increasing and the potential rise of insurance premiums too.

JCAD has received several requests from clients to enhance the complexity of the current issue log to aid their compliance.

To fulfil their requirements, JCAD has now produced a new incident register that offers greater customisation, increased project functionality with the ability for someone to own an incident and assign the incident and actions where necessary. The incident register can also link to your risk register.

This new register has fields for documenting the incident details with summary and detail fields, proposed solution and progress notes. This provides a clear audit of events and informs the owners when actions are overdue as well as documenting lessons learnt. You can easily view incidents by type, status and owner. In addition, the standard reports work in the same way as the other registers.

If you would like to see the Incident Register in action, please call 01730 712020 or request a demo here.
