JCAD pleased to announce team promotions and growth

As the end of the year approaches, JCAD is looking forward to 2022 with lots of exciting developments to not only our products but also our team too!

David Thomas, who joined us over 2.5 years ago has been promoted to Implementation & Support Manager and will now be responsible for the Support Team and Implementation Consultants. His overall responsibility will be to ensure that all support queries and implementations happen as smoothly as possible.

Carrie Gilbertson has been promoted to Implementation Consultant having joined JCAD back in 2019 in a Customer Support capacity. Carrie proved to be invaluable to our clients and quickly learned the products and effortlessly assisted clients with resolutions. This level of insight was perfect for her to progress to Junior Implementation Consultant and now following another successful year she has taken on the role of Implementation Consultant. Carrie will be assisting more clients in 2022 with their implementation needs.

Jackie Tims has been instrumental to our CORE clients over her 8-year tenure as she takes the lead on implementation and training in this area. She has now been promoted to Senior Implementation Consultant where she will continue her role delivering expert advice to our CORE clients.

We are also pleased to announce that Francois Burger who joined last year as Junior Support Technical Engineer has also progressed to Junior Implementation Consultant.

Growing the team

Aaron Gilbert has joined the team as a Junior Technical Support Engineer. He will be working on the support desk and responding to customer support queries.

We are also growing our developer team with a new full time permanent developer, Stuart Barlow, who will be focussing on the development of our claims handling software, LACHS.

We’re looking forward to 2022, with a strong and growing team aiming to bring you the best claims and risk management software with fantastic, personal support to ensure client satisfaction.
