CORE admin training – Session 1

Thursday, 10 October 2019: 10 am – 11 am

Back to Basics – Logon, forgotten password, change your password, logging off
Main – Record types, system preferences, file paths, SMTP set up, review and trigger notifications, KRI set up, editing and deleting

Data Maintenance – Organisation/project set up, adding new business units, editing/moving business units, terminology, performance measure, cross-cut impact, adding, editing and deleting a contact and transfer record ownership.

Security – Security preferences, passwords, user set up, permissions & user access.
