I joined JCAD in November 2020 after working for the last 6 years in the Aerospace Industry doing on-site Technical Support resolving any and all IT issues.
I am one of the newest members of the Operations Team at JCAD. I am responsible for the helpful solutions to support requests that come in either by phone or email. I may be new to the company and have a lot to learn but being able to provide support is the best feeling.
What inspires me?
The endless support from my friends and family. The competitive nature of the variety of games I play in my free time.
