JCAD provides support to its client base that is second to none! We take our support responsibilities extremely seriously. This has been fundamental to our company’s success. Indeed, if we haven’t heard from a client for a while, we contact them to ensure there are no problems!

Extensive on-site support is provided by JCAD staff during the implementation process to ensure that all areas of functionality are covered.

User Group Meetings

We hold regular regional user group meetings. This provides a great opportunity to demonstrate latest system developments and discuss how our systems should evolve based on requirements of our client base.

These meetings are provided free-of-charge to our clients.

Online Forum

This was started early 2009 and we are keen that our clients use this resource to exchange ideas and good practice. We will keep it up to date with updates and common support issues but as much input as you can give the better. Thanks
