Fully scalable risk management solution
The JCAD RISK system has been designed to be adaptable, in this way it evolves with your organisation. Through RISKlite, smaller organisations and those at the start of the risk management process can experience the full benefits of a dedicated risk management solution without paying for extra features and users that they simply do not yet require. As they develop, extra users and features can be added with minimal disruption. This approach means you can easily tailor the system to your precise, current needs whilst keeping an eye on future costs as you develop.
Flexible customisation options
The RISKlite application is customisable so that it is able to meet your own risk management framework. The system can accommodate for any size/ colour matrix as well as all your own organisation's terms and categorisations. Administrative users have total control over the system without recourse to JCAD, being able to set up users, optional risk management elements, user landing pages and help screens.
Extensive workflow capabilities
Within the administrator settings, permissions and workflows can be implemented for greater flexibility and control. User accounts can be grouped in a pre defined permission level or individually customised to determine what functions they can view, edit, create and delete. View only accounts are also available allowing the whole organisation to be integrated within the risk management function.
System generated email notifications
JCAD RISKlite makes the process of risk management easier through system generated email notifications. Managers can assign risks to users who will be notified via email.
Extensive reporting
The RISKlite system comes with over 40 reports as standard. Customised reports can also be created. There is also a free online report library where frequently requested reports are published and administrators can download them straight into the JCAD RISK system.
Additional features
RISKlite has been designed with simplicity in mind and therefore the 'out of the box' system has some functionality disabled. Rather than having to upgrade the whole system to enable these features, clients can pick and choose required fields and add them to their plan.
