JCAD have a number of years experience working wih Joachim Adenusi who, prior to joining IRMS (formerly CCA), was the Risk Manager at Essex County Council. In this capacity he successfully embedded a new risk framework at Essex as well as implemented the JCAD RISK application in support of this. He now brings this experience to bear in his role at IRMS.
