Claims Management

JCAD LACHS - LACHSweb

LACHSweb

Claims submission by internal and external stakeholders substantially reduces the workload of the central claims department and speeds up the claims handling process. Moreover, providing stakeholders with claim status information and reporting facilities will reduce the amount of time that the central insurance department spends responding to data and report requests. The system therefore provides a self service approach to claims enquiry resulting in the end user being more connected to the insurance claim process.

● Reduced data entry for claims department (no double entry)
● Secure access
● Ensures completeness and immediacy of data capture
● Allows self service of claim enquiry
● Accessible to both internal and external stakeholders
