What is the implementation process?

There are 5 distinct phases to the LACHS Implementation process.

1. Discovery Phase
In this phase our consultants work closely with your business to ascertain your specific requirements by analyzing and reviewing your historic data. This can be broken down by department or issue or otherwise as per your existing organizational structure. As LACHS is an ‘˜off the shelf’ solution, this Phase of the project can be completed as quickly as your business needs dictate. However, should you need support with your organizational or data structures, JCAD can offer support in creating a spreadsheet to support the data migration process.
2. Database Prototype Delivery
A prototype database is developed for review, testing and approval.
3. Definitive Database Delivery
A definitive database is delivered for implementation into your organization.
4. Training
Full training will be provided on the use, available functionality and framework of the database within your organization at a time and date that suit your needs.
5. Go Live & Support
Once you are comfortable with the system, you will be able to start using as part of your daily business activities. JCAD provide comprehensive ongoing support through a hotline, User Group meetings and regular communications.

Timescales
Depending on the needs of your business, JCAD LACHS can be implemented in as little as 6 weeks. Depending on the complexities involved, the integration of additional modules will add additional time to the implementation process.

Consultation is available throughout the duration of the project should any additional modules be required for integration into your Claims Handling system.
