Introducing the Action Tracker

As organisations strive to meet a range of standards demonstrating good governance and compliance, as well as their own targets and goals, regular actions are required to mitigate the risk of failure and maximise the organisation's potential.

An organisation's specific actions can differ dramatically from company to company, but the manner in which they can be tracked is often very similar:

● Information should be stored centrally where it is easily accessible

● Actions should be easy to view and update

● Ownership should be devolved

● There should be the ability to create links between actions, other actions, departments, plans and goals

● Reports should be easy to generate to successfully monitor performance

With this in mind, JCAD have developed the Action Tracker. The scalable, web based solution allows for extensive customisation. Organisations can use the software on a general level to track a range of business activities, or the application can be tailored to a specific area such as audit tracking, contract tracking, meeting tracking or compliance tracking.
