Despite there being many audit tracking software solutions available, one of our clients felt that the current options in the market place were restrictive, limiting the functionality to purely audit based actions. Instead, Lambeth London Borough Council, wanted greater flexibility and value for money by having the ability to record all activities, assign ownership of all associated tasks and track progress from implementation through to completion.

After some initial work which resulted in nothing quite suitable, the potential was seen by Lambeth in using the JCAD RISK platform to develop an Action Tracker capable of scheduling and capturing audit data as well as recording further information regarding other business activities. This lead to the partnership between Lambeth Council and JCAD and the development of a sophisticated business tool, designed by leading audit professionals to encapsulate all the needs required by an audit department.

The future for Action Tracker
